1. Glorify Jesus Christ, Always and Everywhere

This is the supreme value, the compass for all our actions. Our goal is neither human fame, nor popularity, nor the promotion of a person or an organization. Our sole desire is to see the Name of Jesus exalted and glorified. Whether through: we always ask ourselves this essential question: “Does this glorify Christ?” - “He must increase, but I must decrease.” ” – John 3:30

2. Integrity and Transparency – Walking in the Light

Integrity is not an option in the Kingdom of God; it is a requirement. We believe that: We are committed to:

• who we are in private determines the scope of what we do in public,

• a credible ministry is a consistent ministry.

• managing the resources entrusted to us with transparency and accountability,

• living out what we teach, without duplicity,

• honoring our partners, readers, and listeners,

• being accountable before God and before people.

3. Excellence – Offering God the Best

God deserves our best, never our leftovers. The excellence we seek is not rigid perfectionism, but the expression of a grateful heart that honors God in everything He undertakes. Every project, every publication, every resource is:“Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might.” - Ecclesiastes 9:10

We reject spiritual mediocrity, for excellence glorifies God and edifies people.

4. Absolute Faithfulness to the Word of God

In a world where truths are often relativized, we have made a clear choice: to remain firmly anchored in the Word of God. The Bible is not just one option among many. It is:We are committed to:“Preach the word; be ready in season and out of season…”

• our foundation,

• our standard,

• our supreme authority.

• teach sound doctrine,

• proclaim the truth with love but without compromise,

• equip believers to discern error,

• reject any dilution of the Gospel.

5. Selfless Service – Loving Without Calculation

Jesus came to serve, not to be served. Following Him, we have chosen a path: that of selfless service. We do not seek:

• profit at the expense of the calling,

• popularity that compromises the truth,

• the spotlight that steals the glory of Christ.

We seek:

• the genuine edification of believers,

• sustainable spiritual growth,

• the salvation and eternal well-being of souls.

Our motivation is simple: the love of God and the love of people.
